Arboretum at Penn State Engagement Session: Jay and Clara {State College, Pennsylvania wedding photographer}

Jay & Clara met at the Industry Public House in Pittsburgh at a birthday party. Jay noticed Clara from across the bar and there was an instant connection between them. They spent most of the night talking instead of chatting with their friends. Jay lived in State College and Clara’s home was in Pittsburgh, but they called each other everyday and spent the weekends together. After some time, Clara and her adorable dog Barkley moved to Happy Valley so they could finally be all together. Three years later, last September, Jay popped the question during a vacation to Dewey Beach in Delaware. That evening they watched the sunset from the boardwalk and took a stroll by the water. Jay knew it was the perfect moment, so reached into the pocket of his sweatshirt and pulled the most stunning ring Clara had ever seen. She was so surprised. They hugged, kissed and she said YES! About a month later, we met at the Arboretum at Penn State for their official engagement portraits. They make such a beautiful couple and I cannot wait for their wedding this coming Fall.
